For the school holiday months of July and August, and by arrangement into September, the Finca is let as a self catering villa, on a weekly basis. Here you should think farmhouse with “rustic charm”. There are no marble floors, and no gold taps ! But also no valuable antiques to get knocked over.

In this case the Finca sleeps 12, in 6 double or twin bed rooms, with a further 2 possible in the family room, giving a maximum of 14.

All linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, large commercial microwave, food processor, and all cutlery and crockery.

Cleaning and bed making at the end of the each week is included, but can also be organised every three days, on a daily basis, or at any other interval by prior arrangement, and charged on a pro rata basis.

Cooking in a “Spanish rustic” style can also be arranged.

There is a large barbecue on the dining terrace for guests’ use.
